Terms and conditions

• The registration of participation is binding 

• If you have to cancel the registration, you will get your registration fees back minus any transaction costs, up till 10 days before the start of the event (up to and including the 4th August). There will be no refunds for cancellations from the 5th August onwards due to catering costs.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration  and it is strongly recommended to pay at the same time, as there are limited spaces and participation is not guaranteed until full payment is received. If we receive more applications (without payment) than we have spaces available, we will use a waiting list, and will notify applicants individually, should a space become available.
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
• In the unlikely event that the event has to be cancelled by the organizer, payments will be refunded. In that case, the organizer will thereafter have no further liability to the client.
